Upon checking in @ BW Inn at Ramsay 11/3, the full stay of $423.17 was already paid for. We were then asked to add a card on file, doing so through the card machine. We were informed, after questioning, that no charges would be applied to our card it was only for incidentals and would only be charged if something was broken/damaged. My husband complied and we were charged $360.21 the moment we entered our card as required. As a result of this unexpected charge we were charged $65 in overdraft fees by Chase Bank. Since trying to rectify this issue I have been threatened with removal from my room after paying for a 4 day stay, screamed at, called an "ignorant twit" and generally verbally assaulted by the manager on duty "Angt".

Hello Everyone,

It is true that guest has paid to third party (Hotels.com). We don't know how much guest paid to travel agent. At the time of check -inn our front desk agent request for credit card for any incidental charges occur during their stay at the hotel. Hotel has hold $360.21 ( She said her card was charged which is not true- Her amount is still with her bank and authorization is on hold.) which will be automatically released once guest check out from the hotel or within few days. Every hotel in United States asked for credit card if guest has paid to any travel agent. (Not directly to the hotel). After, she has questioned about this issue, we have requested her to come to front desk and we can speak to your bank to release this hold authorization. However, she never come to front desk after hotel has tried reach her at least 25 times. She is not picking up any phone calls from front desk. Basically, she is not co-operating to resolve this matter. I personally being a General Manager called her bank and request to released this hold amount but bank said that card holder has to call to us or if she does conference call with you then I can help.

We are requesting you, if you can asked her to come to the front desk and within 5 minutes this problem will be solved once we call to her bank.
