Review: I PURCHASED A CERTIFIED USED 2012 INFINITI G37 WITH 12,000 MILES FROM RAMSEY LAST MARCH 2014 AND IT WAS ALL DONE OFF THE INTERNET AND OVER THE PHONE. I LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA AND FOUND THE CAR ON THE INTERNET. THE SALESMAN THAT I DEALT WITH IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED. I DID NOT LOOK AT THE CAR IN PERSON. I TRUSTED THE SALESMAN AND THE DEALERSHIP. I ALSO FELT ASSURED THAT SINCE IT WAS A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED CAR I FELT COMFORTABLE IN NOT HAVING ANY ISSUES. HOWEVER, I DID VERBALLY SAY TO THE SALESMAN THAT I WOULD INSPECT THE CAR AFTER I RECEIVE IT AND ADVISE HIM IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES. THERE WERE TWO ISSUES. AS SOON AS I NOTICED THEM I TOOK PICTURES AND EMAILED THEM TO HIM. THE FIRST ISSUE WAS THAT THERE WAS NOT ANY OWNERS MANUALS OR BOOKS AND THE SECOND WAS THAT THERE WAS NOT A SPARE TIRE. HE RESPONDED AND SAID THAT IT WAS THE END OF THE MONTH AND THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. A COUPLE OF WEEKS WENT BY, I CALLED BACK AND HE AGAIN SAID HE WAS BUSY AND HE WOULD CHECK ON IT AND CALL ME BACK.

AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS, I FINALLY GOT TO THE SALES MANAGER AND HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AND CALLED AGAIN AND LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES. AS OF TODAY, I STILL HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO HIM BECAUSE HE WILL NOT TAKE MY PHONE CALLS.

AFTER GETTING INFINITI USA CONSUMER AFFAIRS INVOLVED, I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM MR. [redacted] ON JUNE 23, 2014 INFORMING ME THAT THEY WERE SENDING OUT THAT DAY A SPARE TIRE.

AS OF TODAY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED WHAT HE PROMISED.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE FOR RAMSEY INFINIT TO SUPPLY ME WITH A SPARE TIRE AND A TIRE PUMP. I HAVE RECEIVED THE OWNERS MANUALS FROM ANOTHER SOURCE.

BOTTOM LINE, IF THEY WOULD HAVE RETURNED MY CALLS AND FOLLOWED UP WITH WHAT WAS PROMISED I WOULD NOT BE FILING A COMPLAINT.

Review: I purchased a 2013 Infiniti G37 back in May of 2013. The vehicle had just over 8000 miles at the time and was listed as a certified pre-owned vehicle. The certified pre-owned part gave me peace of mind and justified the selling price of the vehicle.

The day after I drove the car off the lot I had realized the air conditioning was not working, I rang my local Infiniti dealer in Denville and they repaired a broken condenser which solved my problem (odd it was broken to begin with and the Ramsey dealer missed this while certifying this pre-owned vehicle).

Here we are in the month of November and I turn on my heat for the first time, it was blowing cold air. My local dealer out of [redacted] once again took the car in for service under my warranty. There were two issues, there was an air pocket for one which was remedied. The second issue was the "green" anti-freeze fluid, the repair person suggested the "blue" fluid is spec'd in for my car. The lines were flushed and the fluid was replaced.

It prompted the Denville Infiniti service center to question if the car was ever in a fender bender, the car fax at the time of purchase was clean. The dealer could not identify any physical damage but definitely give me reason to pause for concern.

I am very concerned, I have had two very obvious issues in a very small window of time. I paid what I thought was a fair price based on a certified pre-owned vehicle. I am starting to think that the dealer I purchased the car from was negligent.Desired Settlement: I am seeking either a refund of several thousand dollars to make up for the amount I thought I was paying for peace of mind in a Certified Pre-owned vehicle or a reversal of the transaction all together.

This vehicle went through "thorough" inspections yet obvious things were missed, it is very misleading and needs to be rectified.

Review: I took my car to the mentioned it car dealer for a repairing of the drivers side window since it was not working properly and they told me that the problem was that the window motor needed it to be replaced and the regulator, then they proceeded and did it after the car extended warranty agreed to pay $ 340.97 from a total of $525.71 and I agreed to pay the remaining balance. Few days lather after taken my car back the window presented the same original problem and I had to bring it back to the dealer once again, now they found out that they didn't replace the regulator as I was told but only the motor. Once again after taken my car back, it started to have the same problem. I again called the dealer and told them what was happening and they told me bring back to bring it back, this situation continued for several times, I found myself driving my car back and forward from my home town in NY to dealer in NJ, costing me time and money, also during that aggravating process they broke one of the tale lights which they had to replace and compensated me with a set of rubber mats for that but that didn't really fix the original problem. They finally told me that the problem was caused because the window was an aftermarket one and that they were not willing to do more to correct the problem. My complaint to them was that they didn't let me know what was the real problem after several times that they made me bring the car back for them to check it over the same issue and after I spent the money I had to fix the window's problem. So since they didn't want to take responsibility over their unprofessional performance I decide to recurred to Revdex.com with the hope that you can help me to resolve this matter. thank youDesired Settlement: I'll like the mentioned car dealer to refund me so I can actually use that money to fix the problem. Thanks.

Response:

After reviewing the complaint, the understanding that I received from my service department is that the glass that was installed on the vehicle was not factory glass and the weight of the glass could have caused the motor and/or regulator to fail. I would like to offer you your deductible back that you paid to Ramsey Infiniti.

Please let me know that this will work for you.

Thank You
