Ramsey Mazda - Ramsey Auto Group

Review: I have originally leased my Mazda 6 car at Ramsey Mazda in April of 2010. During signing of the contract I have place $2000 down payment for the car that based on the written agreement included all the fees (on top of the monthly regular payments)and Ramzey Mazda guaranied me that this would be the only charges for this car (unless the car will be damaged or their will be over millage from original 45000 miles allowed during the lease term). I have sucessfull finished all my monthly payment on April 2013 and returned the car with no damage or over milage (confirmed by leasing company). When I returned the car the leasing componey all of the suddent stated that now I have to pay them additional $300 for returning this car to them. I have stated that I have already payed all the fees to Ramsey Mazda during the beginning of the lease and if they require $300 then they need to contact Ramey Mazda and no where in agreement it states that I have to pay additional $300 for just returning of the car. I have also contacted Ramey Mazda several times asking them to deal with this metter. The answer from Ramzey Mazda was alway that we definetly will look into to this and call you back where instead they never called back or even tried to deal this this issue. At this point the leasing company moved this case in collection and Ramsey Mazda still fails to address this issue. This now over 6 months later looks like a faud from Ramsey Mazda, where they collected from me fees in the begining of the lease (as part of $2000 downpayment) and never payed the return fee to leasing company, kind of collected money and kept it where the contract clearly stated that my downpayment inlcudes all the fees up front and I should not pay any additional fees once the lease ends.Desired Settlement: I would like Ramsey Mazda to resolve this issue with either leasing company or collection agency and have collection agency stop harrasing me on this metter.
