Review: We originally leased a Nissan Altima from Ramsey Nissan in Feb 2013. When the 2 year contract was nearing an end in late 2104, we signed a new lease for a Rogue, and were forgiven the over mileage and other fees that would be owed tof Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp (NMAC). Our salesman was [redacted] (who no longer works at the dealership).

In March of 2013, months after our transaction for the Rogue, I received a courtesy call from [redacted] Services, a collections agency, that I owed NMAC $950.

Obviously upset, I contacted the Ramsey Nissan business office and was in touch with [redacted]. He ensured me that those charges were a mistake and that NMAC was not supposed to have charged me the $950. He said he would take care of it. Meanwhile my credit score dived from 750 to 680, affecting my chance of getting a home loan. Mr [redacted] went on vacation without informing me. When he returned about one week later the issue was still not resolved. Days later he provided us with a letter from NMAC stating that we had a zero balance, but noting nothing about the fact that we were not at fault and should have never been placed in collections at all. We waited for this new letter. I emailed Mr. [redacted] several times to no response. Upon calling the dealership we were informed that he had been “let go.”

As of 5/11 we were in contact with [redacted] who again ensured us that a letter would be provided stating we were not at fault, and that the credit bureaus would be informed as such. As of today Mr [redacted] has still not provided the letter or responded to a recent email. My credit score is now 650 and is affecting my ability to obtain a mortgage. This problem has been going on for nearly 2 months and needs to be corrected now. We are sick and tired of the lip service that Ramsey Nissan is giving us without correcting the problem.Desired Settlement: If this mistake by Ramsey Nissan and NMAC affects our ability to obtain a home loan, or raises the interest rates on such, we will seek legal recourse to compensate for the difference

Review: I leased a car from Ramsey Nissan in mid-October of 2014. It currently has under 7,000 miles on it. Car was brought in for oil change and tire rotation last Wednesday. Wear was found to be unusual and extreme on all 4 tires. They were to contact Corporate [redacted] and get back to me. I have left 5 messages for the Service Manager, and one for the Sales Manager since last Thursday and I have yet to receive a return phone call.

I woke up to a flat tire this morning. The tires need to be replaced due probable misalignment of car and poor tire performance (as indicated by other [redacted]). These are summer high performance tires.Desired Settlement: I would like my car towed to [redacted] to have car inspected and 4 tires replaced with Hi Performance All Season tires. These are poor tires and have a reputation of wearing quickly on this car ... and should be an option ... not standard.

Customer brought vehicle in our service department for the first time, 1 year after delivery. During this visit the first tire rotation was done. During the 1 year and 7,000 mile of driving, wheel alignment can be altered by everyday normal driving, from pot holes to rubbing against a curb. We contacted Nissan on the customers behalf and found there was no defect in workmanship of the tire.

Review: I have a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder , I requested an estimate for the full repairs of my truck and have not received one as of yet , I was charged a 125.00 dollar estimate fee and 35 dollars for an oil change. I have not received the detailed estimate for the repair after contacting the dealer and Nissan Consumer Affairs Division. The Dealer made me feel like it was my fault for the problems I was having with my vehicle and was more interested in selling me a new one.Desired Settlement: The Dealer should have been upfront about the transmission issue as a known defect on their part, I should have been notified at the dealership and refunded the 125 dollars and I should have received an itemized estimate.

Review: On June 13, 2015 my daughter [redacted] had a car accident, later that day I signed a contract for a 2009 [redacted] Accord coupe, I gave a deposit of $160.00 cash to [redacted] salesman at ramsey nissan, and left telling [redacted] that we had to get approval from [redacted] dad, before completing the deal. First thing the following Monday morning, I called and told [redacted] that we wanted to cancel the deal. He sai no problem, how do you want to get your deposit back, I told him to please mail a check. He then called a week later to see how I wanted the deposit back, I said please mail a check. I have not received my deposit back, even after calling several times. I even spoke to a manager who said his name was [redacted] and he promised to take care of this right away. He said it would be taken care of by August 14. Today is September 4th 2015. The contract number is [redacted]. I have voicemail from [redacted] talking about the deposit in case any additional evidence is needed.Desired Settlement: Please return my $160.00 deposit
