I brought my mother's Bradbury 1940's piano back from Florida to Arizona with hopes of having it restoredI took it to a furniture restoration shop and they refinished it but did it ALL wrongThe color was incorrect, it had not been cleaned, etcand it took quite a long time to get the project finishedI found Ramsey's and *** was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! He was so professional while also caring and understanding about my concern for my mother's pianoAfter seeing the condition of the piano he said that he would basically do the entire job for about half the priceHe did this mind you simply because he appreciated my love for my mother's piano and desire to see it restoredWell, it was delivered today and I CANNOT BELIEVE it is the same pianoThe internal parts of the piano were restored, it was completely refinished, he had found a bench in his shop and matched it to the piano and it was totally refinished and recovered beautifully as well, the piano had been missing the music stand but *** took care of that and then refinished it tooThe piano is amazing!!! He brought it himself and when he came he explained everything to us, showed us all the work that had been done, and even played us a little tune so we could hear the soundHe is really incredible and loves what he doesHis passion for music shows in the way he approaches his work and I just can't thank him enough for the work he didWe will be using him in the future for tuningI asked if he knew anyone who was a good teacher and he whipped his phone out and provided me the number of someone who lives close to me who is his customer and is also a teacherHe is just so, so helpfulThe people he has working for him are equally awesomeHe has an amazing artist that hand paints details on pianos when necessaryHe also has quite a few others and each I met was professional, kind, and informativeThey all know their stuff and I am so grateful to have found Ramsey'sIf my mother were alive she would be so happy to see the condition of the piano nowI would recommend the shop to anyone and I would say that they are the best in town for this sort of workWish I had found them sooner before wasting my money at the other placeAwesome business with wonderful and knowledgeable people
