Review: I rec'd a [redacted] from the VCU RamTech Stores as a gift in Feb. I set up the device on 2/22 and have had issues with it ever since such that I can't even wear the device because it is not working correctly. The tracker is not logging my activity as the product states it will. My boyfriend was told when he purchased the device that there were no refunds, however, "IF ANYTHING is WRONG with the device we (RamTech) will fix it." I have a log of every incident wherein I have had issues with the device. I contacted [redacted] on line tech support and was told to reset the tracker which I did. After re-setting the tracker it worked for exactly 1 day only!!! For the following 3 days afterwards, it did not and has not worked! On 2/25/15 I emailed [redacted] and rec'd the response on 2/26 from Fernando requesting that I reset the tracker. After multiple attempts to reset and the device still not working, my boyfriend took it to the RamTech store on 3/6/15 and was told it would be replaced. Today, 3/11/15, he rec'd an email from Rudy H. Lopez, Manager (not even the professionalism of a phone call), that Ram Tech would not replace, cannot fix it and to contact [redacted] on line to see if they would replace it. Are you kidding me RamTech? Is this how you conduct business? Why would the on line company replace something that was purchased face to face in your store? You promise to stand by your product then screw the customer out of there money and lie by stating you'll fix something just to appease the person at the time. I am basically stuck with a device that I cannot use. I'm still getting progress updates from [redacted] and haven't had the device on since 3/3/15! On 3/6, I rec'd a [redacted] email congratulating me for earning a Marathon Badge. How can I earn a badge when I wasn't even wearing the product? It was at the RamTech store on that date!! Take my advice and don't buy anything from VCU Ram Tech!!Desired Settlement: At this point a refund is warranted. Even if they agreed to replacement, I don't trust them as a business and wouldn't trust them to replace it with a new one.
