The place is a *** and the owner is horribly rude and doesn't know what customer service is When I entered he said "are you shopping or stealing?" and then I told him I need to ask about my claim I was attempting to make through them he said "oh" and went about his merry way for minutes before I decided to leave without getting my paperwork back I heard him making excuses with the other lady and guy that were talking to him He was being rude to the lady, and making excuses to the guy as to why he didn't have a bill of sale I was in their the second time because the "ill call you in two days" was days
The place is just all around gross as well The owner is a ***It would appear he sleeps on the couch in the front area, and doesn't bother cleaning up (garbage all over the front table when I came in) From other things I saw while there I know he doesn't care about cleaniness (bad if fixing your car of all things)
His company and his is just all around disgusting, and horrible service

Dias auto had my car 16 months done now of the work had too have it towed on December 2 told Fernando the tow truck would be there for 11 AM Was not there . The tow truck left at 11:20 .
Been trying to get the money back for what we paid him too do the work on the car . Can't get a hold of them keeps avoiding my phone calls and when he says to be there he doesn't show up .
