This garage should be called Ramys Ripoffs We dropped off a Mercedes Benz Ghere to get an estimate on how much to replace a sunroof March 10thRamy, stated he needed to take out the sunroof to see what is needed to replace it, and he would charge a diagnosis fee to take it outWe ok'd it and the next day we texted him to see where they are with the estimateHe sends a picture of a sunroof thats on a table and he states that he took the whole thing out and hes "losing money big time" and he throws in "labor is just killing my bank account"That statement already raised a red flag, not sure why he would throw that in, as if he is doing us a favor or somethingThe next week, Monday, I try calling the shop but just get the answering machine but I dont leave a messageI text him and he states, "please give us some times, few days"So I give him a couple daysI texted him on Friday, but I dont get a responseToday, I texted him and let him know that it will be going on three weeks that they have had itHe responds and lets me know that he tried calling but says he kept calling and getting an answering service, and to call a numberHe called the number and it rang on my end, then he hung up and stated that I should invest in an internet number of some sort because its hard to get a hold of me, and laughed it offHe obviously was dialing the wrong number and stated that our number didnt work, and stated that he couldnt get a hold of us because he probably didnt even callSo then he quoted me nearly to replace the whole sunroof, and I asked why it took so long for them to quote me, but he said he had to take out the sunroof and see what is needed to fix itSo I told him no thanks and that we would pick up the vehicleWhen we picked up the car, it was exactly the same as we dropped it offThe headliner did not come out, like he said he had to take it out and put it on the tableWe tried to contact him and see why he stated that he took it out but he did not return our texts or callStay away from this place if you are not familiar with your vehicle or anything automotiveIf someone else who doesnt know too much about anything automotive is bringing their vehicle here he will definitely try to rip you offThis is not an honest shopThere are other reviews that think so as wellStay away from Ramy's Ripoff-Updated; So I took the headliner apart and took the sunroof tray out, myself which took only a couple hoursSee the updated pictures to show that Ramy is a liarWe contacted him and tried to get a refundHe didnt respond until a day later and states "we remove the headliner and access the sunroof & give an option to fix, fee was agree in advance, no refund" I responded that I know for a fact that he didnt removed the headliner like he said he did and I already knew it was brokenHe didnt try to fix it or even put it on the table like he said he didI asked him why he didnt call me back and why it takes him a day to respond to this serious allegation but he didnt respondHE IS A THIEF AND A LIARHopefully you will read this before losing your hard earned money from Ramy's Ripoffs
