Ramzi Auto Repair

Review: This Guy ripped me off. I paid him over $1700. to repair my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and He never repaired my truck. I brought my truck to him several times under his so called warranty and he never fixed it right. He just looked at it and told me that its suppose to run and sound like that.I bought it back to him several times after because it started over heating every day.I left it with him over night and he called for it to be picked up the next day and that everything was okay. My niece picked it up and put it in her driveway for a week until I could return to New Jersey. A week later I went to pick it up to drive home to P.A and it had no heat. I immediately called him and he told me let it run for 20 minutes and the heat will come on. For a whole week living in Pennsylvania while the temperature was 10 degrees there was no heat working. My co-worker came outside my job to check it and noticed that the thermostat had been removed. I called Ramzi and told him and he said he didn't know what I was talking about and hung up the phone on me. So I then parked the truck at my moms house in P.A and had to find different rides to get to work through my family. I drove my truck to N.J on 5/9/15 and got to his shop to late to see him. On mothers day I started to drive my truck back to P.A and it broke down and had to be towed back to my moms house in P.A. On 5/12/15 a mechanic came to see my car, did a diagnostic and told me to take it back to Ramzi because he did not do the proper repair and my car won't work until he does. Now today 5/18/15 i'm on the verge of loosing my second job and i'm now placed on probation for missing to many days due to my truck breaking down for the past 4 months. I am now suffering with migraine headaches and hair lose due to stress. Can someone please help me with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like my truck fixed by another company at Ramzi's expense or all of my money refunded and be paid for my lose of wages. If not refunded or replaced I will peruse to go to civil court with this matter. I have all my paperwork/ receipts as proof to support my claims that I can fax over to you.

this is all a lie . he has changed the entire story around .Marvin had never agreed to any of this. he told us that he could fix the truck and we wouldn't have any problems with it.Why would we pay $1700. just to fix it for a few weeks when it was my only means of getting to and from work. I have several receipts from where it broke down on many occasions and had to be towed. back to him and he just refused to fix it properly. Ramzi never said he couldn't fix it right or never mentioned a new engine until my brother in law bought the truck back to him in February. His exact words at this point was to junk the truck. Why didn't he say this before he took my money and promised to fix it? I have missed 7 days off work without pay due do this problem and now on the verge of loosing my job because I have to way to get to work because my truck has totally stopped working.Can you please send me a fax number so I can fax over all my paper work?
