Ran 9 Carpet Cleaning

I own a preschool where things get extremely messy! I'm talking about foods like yogurt, applesauce, raisins and mashed baby food. We also love to paint and do all kinds of art projects. Needless to say our carpets get the worse kind of abuse from the kiddos. Ran-9 was recommended to us by an employee and [redacted] was extremely friendly at an incredibly reasonable price. He showed up on time and cleaned all five classrooms in a timely manner. When my staff showed up the next day they could not believe how clean the carpets looked. The classrooms even smelled much better. I absolutely loved the service and being a small non profit we couldn't pass up the price either! We have used Ran-9 since and plan to continue using their services quarterly.

He communicated with me, was on time and explained everything about his product. The end result was amazing. My carpets looked and smelled brand new. Even the stains and pet messes were gone. I contacted Ran9 on the recommendation of a friend. I spoke to [redacted] who I later learned was the owner, and set an appointment. [redacted] showed up 10 minutes early (very refreshing) and after a brief evaluation of my needs got right to work. After cleaning the three bedrooms, my sofa and love seat, he suggested that it would be no problem for him to do my 8×10 bamboo area matt. It really was "no problem" since he honored his original quote. Everything looked amazing and I couldn't have been more pleased with his performance and professionalism. Ran9 has earned a lifelong customer and I have already recommended him to family members and friends.These days when poor customer service is the norm, this young man went far above and beyond my expectations. 5 stars & two thumbs up.

I have used Ran 9 twice now. Once for carpet cleaning and once for tile/grout. This company is extremely professional and did an amazing job cleaning some very dirty tile and grout. I highly reccommend Ran 9!

Great service and super friendly

I just had [redacted] and his son [redacted] come and clean my carpets and they did an incredible job. They were prompt, professional and a great company to deal with. I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends.

I manage about 80 rental properties in the [redacted] valley and we have been working with Ran 9 for a little over 2 years. They show up on time, do each job completely, and if Im not completely satisfied they will do whatever it takes to make it right. They follow up when the job is complete and their prices are unbeatable. Reliablility and trustworthy would be the words to describe this vendor.

[redacted] and his staff at Ran 9 are top notch. Not only do they do fantastic work cleaning carpets, tile, furniture etc but they also accomodate your schedule. The last time I had mine done, they came at 7am, spent maybe an hour or 2 working on carpets with stairs, a few bedrooms and a couch and I couldn't be happier. I get my carpets done usually once a year and have been fortunate to use Ran 9, have reccomended them to numerous friends and family and will continue using and reccomending them every chance I get. The fact that they are fellow dog lovers is a HUGE bonus as well.
