Ranada Lakes Apartments

Review: We have had nothing but problems in this complex since we moved in. Problems consisting of mold and electrical hazards. Management at this complex has done nothing to fix any of these problems correctly. Our heater is jerry-rigged with bypassed parts which is a major hazard for my family. We also have mold throughout our apartment. Multiple issues that take weeks or in one case 6 months to jerry-rig. Management will not fix anything if they know I have audio or video recording in my home. what does that tell you? This is not a place you want to live!!!!! I'm working hard to get my family out of this situation but for now I'm stuck. Please for the safety of you and your family stay away from this place. the heater next door just caught on fire and put two young children in danger.Desired Settlement: I want my heater replaced by a qualified heating and air company and also want my apartment to be tested for toxic mold. I don't have the money to do this myself because of the high price of rent. By law these people are supposed to provide a hazard free environment and this is clearly not the case. Please if anyone reads this that can help. please help!!! My family is at high risk. I have always paid my rent on time or before and only complain when it effects my family.
