Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
An apology was not made to me or my husband for the way the employees treated me and for the words they expressedI was very appalled by ***'s story to the situation that she said supposedly happened and *** seemed to only care about what *** had to say*** lied about everything that happened and even added a few things that were never involved in the whole altercationI became very upset during the meeting on July 1st because the situation was not getting resolved or getting anywhere betterWhether I was upset or not I have every right to be because I am the residentThe day before on July 30, I told *** on the phone I only wanted to come down to the office with my husband to have *** apologize to me and explain why she said to me on July that she personally signed the passes out to me and that I knew she didWhen *** called me back on June and said she was the one who signed the folder and she didn't remember checking them out to me because she recognized her own signature*** is failing to realize the accusations are by *** and has informed me right in front of *** that she is in no way concerned for the way *** treated me or why she said the things she said*** has asked me in front of my husband why this situation is so relevant to me and I replied with it is for my respect that I deserve as a resident that lives here and i'm upset that I was manipulated into thinking I picked up my pool passes when I know I did notI believe we are all adults here and I think its ridiculous that we have people lying and refusing to accept that her employee is lyingWhen I came down to that office on July 1st, this was not ***'s intentions to make sure I left a satisfied resident but instead try to pin point my mistakes and letting *** get off cleanI can understand why ***'s lying to *** because she works there and knows her actions of the situation were very inappropriate and if *** really knew the truth from her she would be embarrassed and ashamed*** has shown no remorse of this situation towards me and I have asked for the regional managers number and I feel *** has given me a numberIt has been over weeks now and I have left numerous messages to the number she gave me and no one has yet to return my phone callAlso I do not care to know whether *** gets written up or whatever her position upholds for the future due to this incidentAll I simply wanted was an apology and an answer to my question and that would have been it and this could have been overI would like some other form of contact number or mailing address to whomever is over *** so that I may address this situation once more to a higher authorityI truly want this situation resolvedI feel *** just assumes I will forget about the incident and let it roll off my shoulderI'm concerned for the rest of the residents and future residents of the apartments hoping that no one else will be treated like thisI'm concerned for myself that I avoid the office so that nothing else happens like this againLike I said Id like to get this resolved and hopefully with a higher authority rather than *** at this point.

On July 1st, a meeting was held between Mr***, Mrs***, *** (Manager), and *** (Assistant Manager) to address concerns of Mrs***'sUnfortunately we were unable to come to terms with Mrs***In regards to Mrs***'s requested desired
settlement an apology was issued for the whole misunderstandingRegarding who gave her the pool passes, ***'s response was I can not agree or disagree that I said I signed those out to you, however in the heat of the moment I may have said thatIn terms of Mrs***'s request about writing up an employee, we can not discuss employee relations with residents
