I had a very positive experience with [redacted] manager of Ranch Hand Equipt. One of two ballast springs on my garage door broke & I called RHE to do the repair. Mr [redacted] was very backed up on his work, but he made a special effort to make my repairs. The distance he had to drive was 35-40 miles one way, and he gave me an 8:30am arrival time. He arrived at exactly 8:30, and had the repairs done in 35 minutes. In NE Washington it's miraculous to get anyone to arrive on time and sometimes even the same day. Not only was he on time, but he had the most uplifting attitude. Kudos [redacted].
