First of all I want to start off by apologizing to Mr [redacted] I apologize for the duration of time regarding payment which led him to believe that I didn't want to pay him the $and that I was taking advantage of his kindnessThis was not the caseI hope that he will forgive meThe reason for the duration of time was because there was two deaths in our family, my husband's mother and then about weeks or a month afterwards his sister passed, and so in between that and traveling back and forth from Georgia, where we live, to Texas that that's the reason for the duration of time.Also when I saw the shortness of the window, I became discourage and I didn't want to complain again about the windowBecause I didn't see the shortness when I called Mr [redacted] and asked him to meet with me so address my previous complaints about the windowWell I know now that I should have called himI will still have to pay someone to repair or replace the windowAgain I'm very sorry for the conflict and I thank Mr [redacted] for responding for I had no idea why he wasn't answering my calls and emailsI would have felt better if he would have called me and fuss for at least I would have had the opportunity to explainThis is the first time there's been a conflict between us for l've used Mr [redacted] 's service before he became a company "Copesetic Services"But still I pray for his success Thank youMrs***

Copesetic Services original contract with Mrs*** was was completed in May of in the amount of $After completion of work Mrs*** informed me that she was unable to pay the full amount due, and said she would send me what she could and would make payments the best she couldWe
had done work for her in the past so I was in agreement of this arrangement At the beginning of I contacted the customer and informed her that she still had a remaining balance of $on her accountShe responded in March of and informed me for the first time (months after job completion), that the work we had done was not completed in regards to the repair of a windowShe told me that she would not be paying the outstanding balance unless we repaired the windowI realized at this moment, I did not want to work for this customer any longerWe had a good relationship but I felt that after working with her on multiple jobs , and allowing her to make payments on her account as she had available funds, she was now taking advantage of our arrangementI have not attempted, nor will I, to collect the outstanding amount owed

I hope that he will forgive me. The reason for the duration of time was because there was two deaths in our family, my husband's mother and then about 3 weeks or a month afterwards his sister passed, and so in between that and traveling back and forth from Georgia, where we live, to Texas that that's the reason for the duration of time.Also when I saw the shortness of the window, I became discourage and I didn't want to complain again about the window. I am rejecting this response because: I believe that Mr. [redacted] has me confused with some other customer for I did email him pictures of window and stated that I would pay once repairs was complete. I never heard from him. This is first time there has been a conflict between us, and I'm so sorry for I had no ideal he was upset. I wished he would have called me. Yes, I've done business with with Mr. [redacted] for years and I've always paid.  I never said that I didn't have the money to pay. I'm just asking for a resolution. Does Mr. [redacted] want me to pay although the window is not fixed?
