improvement to better server our guest. We looked into the concern that Mr. [redacted] have address to Revdex.com. We located all Mr. [redacted]’s stay records and found that Mr. [redacted] himself had stayed with us in month of October and December in a single bedroom. He checked in on October 14th, 2015 for a single non-renovated room and stayed in room number four until October 31st, 2015. He checked back in on December 8th, 2015 for that same room and checked out on December 31st, 2015. We have the registration card with his signature and the total payment for the room. The room rate for single bedroom is $65 plus tax per night which comes to $72.80 per night. The stay history does not show any stay where Mr. [redacted] had paid $111 plus $100 deposit. If Mr. [redacted] would not mind to provide additional information, such as if he used any alias to check in or someone else checked on his behalf, about his stay would be highly appreciated in order to properly find resolution to his claims. Moving forward with this letter Mr. [redacted] will be referred in quotation due to limited information on guest’s claims. Currently, our whole property is being renovated to provide our guest with luxury of high end hotel at reasonable rate. The newly renovated rooms will/does include amenities that gives our guest home away from home stay. Our property has two type of rooms, single bedroom and two bedroom suite. As far as the claim about the room rate that “Mr. [redacted]” addressed in his complaint that is of our two bedroom suite. Our renovated two bedroom suite rate is at $99 plus tax per night and incidental. So if we do a simple calculation, the suite is at $99 plus 12% tax which would bring the room rate to $110.88 per night. As for the claim of $100 deposit that is an incidental fee that is charged when guest pay for the room in cash and cannot provide a valid credit card. Usually, we collect a valid credit card for the incidental for our newly renovated rooms. An incidental fee is reimbursed after guest checks out the next morning on the condition that nothing has been damage or stolen in the room. All this information is disclosed to our guest at check in before they sign a registration card. Ranch Motel is honest and long standing establishment where all guests are treated with upmost and equal service. “Mr. [redacted]” claims that we had been overly charged him for his room base on the price he noticed on the website. Let me clarify that we do not have any affiliation with any kind of booking website or booking agent. Ranch Motel business is strictly walk-in and its per night stay only. So wherever “Mr. [redacted]” found indifference in rate is not a credible source thus it is not reflected on Ranch Motel. We practice to give our guest full room service everyday, unless they limit their room service. We only have a single honest and hardworking housekeeper that has been with Ranch Motel for about seven years. We have never received a complain about her work ethics. “Mr. [redacted]” claims that he had not received room service like everyone else. My question to “Mr. [redacted]” is, did he address this at the front desk? If yes, what was the resolution? And if it is still occurring, please lets us know immediately. Ranch Motel hold guest’s privacy and security with highest priority. To insure this practice, we have staff available around the clock with extra measure of security cameras on the property that records 24hrs. So the calm “Mr. [redacted]” made about Ranch Motel working with drug dealer and prostitute is absurd. No staff member of Ranch Motel is associated with these kind of activities. In fact, if suspicious activity is noticed on the property we escort the person of the property immediately and inform local law enforcement.   In conclusion, Ranch Motel is a well established place where all our guest’s security and comfort is our priority. We hope all the claims that “Mr.[redacted]” addressed in his complaint to Revdex.com have received some clarification. If “Mr.[redacted]” is willing to provide more information about his stay, we could get more clarification on underlying issue. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon.
