Yes, they came and got their "meat" and returned our check on 10-27-I had to pay $for the five patties of "meat" we cooked and threw awaywe paidjust wanted to be done with themHowever, what they omitted in their report that they did not return our calls on 10-21-and when they said they would come on 10-22-15they did not call and their was a "no show" for coming and getting their productWe did not hear from them from 10-22-until 10-27-I am the one who kept leaving email messages and messages on their chat line on 10-27-and told them to come and get their meat today(10-27-15)We live three hours from Oklahoma City, OK and did not hear from [redacted] on the 10-27-until an hour before [redacted] arrived to pick up the "meat." I am not sure what would have happened if we had not been homeWe are glad to be rid of them! Warning flags went up when [redacted] said he was getting his own trucks and fresh "meat" business started and would come back byI told him thanksbut we would be buying meat only in the grocery storesThanks for your helpwithout your helpour story would not have ended this way

Mr*** contacted our company via email regarding how to cancel his order with Rancher's PrideThe email he contacted us on is actually a customer feedback email and not a
customer service email addressThis email is not monitored on a daily basis, so when it was noticed that there was a complaint our secretary gave him instructions on how to do soHe was told to either mail or fax his receipt of sale to the Rancher's Pride office in Oklahoma City so that our customer service department could start the paperwork process needed to pick up our product and refund his purchaseAfter we returned his email however, there was no further correspondence between the customer and our companyHe states in his complaint to the Revdex.com that he attempted to contact the driver he purchased from, but he is an independent contractor for our company, not an employeeTo get a resolution on customer services, customers are required to follow the procedures in place as stated on the back of every sales receipt given to our customersWe apologize for any inconvenience this has caused Mr***, but our policy is the same for every customer that purchases product through Rancher's Pride Steak and Seafood, LLC

Mr*** was informed by our secretary via email how to get the refund process startedHe states to the Revdex.com that he faxed his receipt to our Oklahoma City office, but no receipt from Mr*** was received by our customer service departmentWe have never heard back from Mr*** regarding this issue until we received our first letter from the Revdex.com on 9/28/We explained then that the email that he sent to our office was on an email address that is for customer feedback and not a customer service emailAt this time we are unable to give Mr*** a refund of his product, but given that we would also like to resolve this matter we are willing to exchange the product he has for a different product of his choosingWe offer beef, chicken, seafood and pork products for him to choose from
