[redacted] has been in contact with my office almost every day since her product was picked up on 10/15/15.I have explained to her several times that her check would be coming from our owner and not from my office. Also, as I previously stated...

she has been in direct contact with me since her product was picked up, so I am not sure what she is referring to when she states that she has had no contact with our office. she has communicated with me through my email, our chat box on our website, and through telephone calls. She also did not state that she has been calling my personal cell phone harassing me for a refund. I am not allowed to use my cell phone at work and have been reprimanded several times because of it and could lose my job if it continues.
Attached is a copy of her completed customer service form. this is a form we use in our office. Whenever a customer service has been completed we send this to the owner so he has proof that it has been completed. From there the checks are sent from the owner either to my office to give to customers who need to turn in product or to the customer directly if the product has already been picked up. Mrs. [redacted] has been informed of our policy several times, but has stated that she does not have to follow our policy. If she has any further questions, she can call the customer service phone number, which she has.

with me was on 10/22/15 after she had already contacted the Revdex.com and before she had actually contacted the office to get a resolution. With her complaint coming in at the start of a weekend, the driver was given the customer service report on Monday 10/26/15. As of 10/27/15 her check has been returned and our product has been picked up.

Yes, they came and got their "meat" and returned our check on 10-27-15. I had to pay $68.00 for the five patties of "meat" we cooked and threw awaywe paidjust wanted to be done with them. However, what they omitted in their report that they did not return our calls on 10-21-15 and when they said they would come on 10-22-15they did not call and their was a "no show" for coming and getting their product. We did not hear from them from 10-22-15 until 10-27-15. I am the one who kept leaving email messages and messages on their chat line on 10-27-15 and told them to come and get their meat today(10-27-15). We live three hours from Oklahoma City, OK and did not hear from [redacted] on the 10-27-15 until an hour before [redacted] arrived to pick up the "meat." I am not sure what would have happened if we had not been home. We are glad to be rid of them! Warning flags went up when [redacted] said he was getting his own trucks and fresh "meat" business started and would come back by. I told him thanksbut we would be buying meat only in the grocery stores. Thanks for your helpwithout your helpour story would not have ended this way.

Contacted the number in the response and was treated rudely. The person will not allow the steaks to be returned or allow a refund. Rancher's Pride claims all returns have to happen within 3 days but we had no receipt and no company info to be able to do that. Rancher's Pride now claims whoever sold steaks to us wasn't working on their behalf, however Rancer's Pride is the name on the debit with my bank. Rancher's Pride got the money. I haved been scammed. I want to return these steaks and I want my money back.
