Review: I went to this pawn shop to pick up my property and the first thing the man said is you look like your having some money problems. he said this is what I will do wait to get your til you get a notice. he promised there would be no extra fees long as I came by the due date which I did the date was 04/07/2014. there was a total of 3 notices with $ amounts to pick my property up. I was there on 04/07/2014. he added up the totals. which I paid with my debit card then before giving me my property he went to the back. came out and said I owe $143.00 more. I said why and that's not what my notice says he then said I am charging you for another month of rent.I said my notice doesn't say that. and that I would seek legal recourse and he said go ahead.this man assured me that there would be no extra costs. he actually promised me. I ask him 3 times are you sure. he has said to me on many a occasion "YOU LOOK LOOK LIKE YOUR HAVING MONEY PROBLEMS " I have the documents and can mail you a copy if needed.Desired Settlement: I want the amount overcharged of $143.00 returned to me and I also feel this place should be investigated and or audited. they are doing some shady business. I have been real sick and wasn't able to attend to this matter. I can't imagine how many others have been wronged.

The employee id tell Ms. [redacted] that if she didn't' have the money to pay, as she claimed at the time, she had already acrrued the next month of interest and until we had mailed her a notice, which went on out on the 25th of march 2014, until any more charges would be added. Further more the employee vehemetly disputes the claim that she would not receive any extra charges indeed did inform her of the charges at the time.
