Review: 4-2-15 me & my children 6&3 & a 16yr.old went to eat & after paying my bill of 26$ I was charged $36 I called & spoke w/ their cashier she was rude on the phone & told me to"bring your receipt & they have your ticket of $26"so on 4-9-15 I decided to go w/ the same group, ordered at minimum still $26 when I went to the same cashier to get my overcharged money back the cashier said "you have to come back with in one day" I stated " why did you not say that on the phone all you said was bring the receipt?? " the cashier says " well there's the manager talk to her (then smacked her lips). The female manager w/ curly brown hair pulled up, started telling me there policy & about there card system... Which none of this matters to me when I have been overcharged TEN dollars I believe you should correct the employee on proper procedures BC if she Would have actually stated that Any person would have been there the next day. In return I stated to the manager " you are stealing from your customer I am not paying my bill until you give me back what you over charged.." To put this long story short yes I was very upset when after coming to this business over ten years I am being stole from & as I am expressing my frustration w/ the manager she inreturn got loud w/ me as I am HOLDING my 3 year old daughter in my arms(i had to put my child down)instead of her being professional & right the wrong of her employee. The manager then begins to say "I was goin to work w/ you but not now" All I wanted was my overcharge that u refused to give (Obviously only reason some one would get up set is if a person refuses in that situation BC its stealing!) & then pay my bill. There is a sign on the register at the bottom left corner & I can't remember word for word what it says but it states basically when u leave your receipt is final. I honestly feel employees there are overcharging hoping not to get caught (y would you ever put a sign like that up otherwise if its not something consitent)I was Denied to speak with Owner.This is in regards to the beginning complaint there was not enough space to add that I want the owner to know I planned to call and speak with him and also pay for my portion regardless if I liked what he had to say BC I am no thief as I feel I have became a victim of, & I still do tend to repay my part BC I refuse to have myself feel I owe anyone & I do owe him for the food we ate even though I firmly believe his employees (some not all...but who really knows??) are intentionally overcharging customers & his manager handled it terribly, his cashier is nothing but rude each time I have in countered her since 4-2-15. I do not appreciate being threatened by having the police contact me bc I wanted to speak w/ the owner by leaving a number or email, anything other than continuing a conversation w/ the rude employees I had a terrible experience w/on 4-9-15. Its horrible to know in NC you can be overcharged & all you can do is contact Revdex.com BC I called WSPD & asked what could they do if anything & I was told I can only file a complaint w/ that head of company and Revdex.com. But this statement is to inform the owner I am no thief I intended to pay & enjoy myself time &time again. I really would have liked to address my issues w/ you first sadly the unprofessionallism did not allow that to happen. I did get very upset & frustrated as I have seen customers in my general manager position do &thats even when I'm giving money back but to be denied & its not a few dollars all I can say is what would You think what would You do?? But I would like to pay for my meal minus the 10$.Desired Settlement: Your manager needs a course in interaction with customer including in hostile situations and your training needs to be reviewed no customer should feel insulted after your business experience. And also your store number [redacted] keeps calling my phone and calling me private as I am writing this right now.. you should possibly review your staff as well I'm a resigned general manager I'm very familiar with issues like this and some of your employees will lose you business.I just want to pay my bill unfortunately I will probably never return as long as she is working there and definitely not while the cashier is there she has the worst attitude on display.
