Rancho Penasquitos Dentistry

Decided to give this new dentist location a try after having a conversation with the front desk staff and with the dentist Yige Z and getting my x rays done the dental hygienist Charlene Y proceeded to examine my teeth, to my surprise right when she was done there was a front desk clerk whom right away told me that the price of my exam and cleaning was $786.00 at which point I declined the services the clerk asked if it was due to the amount or the monetary issue I said Yes and in my head thought I’m not trying to get ripped off right now!! As she heard the NO thank you, she proceeded to walk to the front and disappear for about 2 mins and than come back like a used car sales man and proceeded to say, the hygienist is going to “help you out”with part of the payment at which point she proceeded to tell me that the payment that was $786.00 would now only be $412.00 for which I was given an estimate. In writing and will be providing it if allowed onto this statement.
Btw the establishment is advertising a $59.00 dollar “exam ,cleaning and xrays”at the time of this complain and my visit for which I should have been provided or at least offered since my *** plus insurance provided by the state does not seem to cover this services and I was being asked to cover the charges out of pocket. I would really like for this establishment to be considered for an audit on how they charge their customers and also audit their billing for ethics purposes please, I would hate for other patients, senior citizens, people that don’t realize that they are being misinformed and overcharged on services that are fully covered by their insurance providers.

Went in for a regular check up and cleaning was at my dentist about 6 months ago went in to attempt to have a cleaning however the front desk clerk woman whom breaks down the payment of how much they are trying to rip you off of gave me a quote of $786.00 when I declined that amount she came back to tell me that the oral hygienist was going to help me out with part of the payment therefore it was now only $412.00 or half of what 3 minutes before I was told which was $786.00!! How did this go from $786.00 to $412.00 in about 3 minutes?!! This establishment is obviously starting out on bad terms within this community I just hope and not get that many people after my complain to the Revdex.com. They also are false advertising a $59.00 exam and cleaning on their website as of 1/11/2020 mind you I have Delta Premier Plus as my dental insurance which I’m planning on filing a complaint with them about this location as well. Extremely unethical of them to do this to potential patients!
