After noticing vehicles being parked long-term in open spaces on the property I asked the Leasing Consultant to explain to me the rules about this, because I own some classic cars that I currently pay to have parked, and would just assume have them here with me for freeMy phone inquiries left me confused because three agents in the office had no answer about it, and then they became annoyed at my persistence and hung up on meSo, since I'm handicapped, I had a neighborhood friend go into the office personally and his experience was thus; apparently the Leasing Consultant has given this other person a pass but refused to even discuss it with him at allI'm still not sure what the actual rule is about long-term parking, but he was called "creepy" for showing concern about the other person's vehicle, as well as informed that if any damage happened to that vehicle, she would tell the police it was him who did it! He was then shut down with a barrage of insults and told to leave or the police would be calledHow very professional!?!? On his way out the door the Leasing Consultant herself began to escalate the insults with vulgar and unseeming language as if she were drunk and trying to provoke him in some guttural wayAnd that kind of response to my friend has prompted me to write this very complaint about the Leasing Consultant who is also a member of the NALP/NAA

I only moved into this apartment to help my sister get out of a bad room mate situation. Upon moving in it just got worse. As we all know babies cry alot. We recieved calls twice from the office saying that neighbors were complaining that my daughter at 5 months old cried constantly as if someone was hurting her and that it was not a normal thing for a baby to cry all the time. They also proceeded to say they checked into it with there legal team to see if there was anything they could do about it and informed the complainers that they could not legally evict us for a crying baby. To make matters worse when we moved out we got charged about $1000 for them to tear out the carpet due to pet urine stains. They admitted they didn't even bring in a professional service to clean it they were wripping out the carpet because they don't move new tenants in with a carpet that has had those kind of stains. Altogether it was a terrible experience. Throughout our stay even though the old room mate moved out they continued to call her for issues at the house instead of calling myself or my sister. I will not reccomend anyone to live here. Also if you have a 2 bedroom. They make you pay for an additional parking space, and only give you one space.
