Rancho Simi Auto Insurance

It is apparent that the TV commercial is not true to what they say. They state that they will "save you money", but they won't and they don't. My insurance doubled in premium, and when I asked the reason they told me that's what the rates were. I wasn't told of any other options. After several years of paying very high premiums, I found out later that I did have options. Now, they claim I told them that I wanted to increase my coverage which was untrue. Now the owner, Barbera Jakubanis, will not even consider my explanation, and is not willing to do a thing. I feel she's not out to save her clients money and give great customer service, but rather to make as much money and possible by ripping her clients off. It's either her employees are not up to what's available, or it's intentionally done by her instructions.

I have already shopped around and have left her as my agent because I cannot trust someone who doesn't care to help, and at the least, listen to her clients.

As a business person myself, I have and do look at my clients and have many times apologize and worked things out. Too bad, she doesn't do business like that. She's just one of those people who looks at how she can make as much money for herself, and that's very sad.
