B&W Transmission did a very good job of rebuilding my transmissionI already had my transmission out of my truck before I went thereI took my transmission to them for a rebuild on a Wednesday around noon, and I was told the transmission would be ready for me to pick up on Friday around noon of the same weekSo, that was only a day wait period totalI got a heavy duty rebuild, new torque converter, and a month/12,mile warranty in writing on my receiptThe transmission aslo had been repainted silverThe transmission runs great so far, only been installed less than a week
I have also bought a rebuilt transmission from this company many years ago, and I still have that trans in my car nowThat trans runs very good
Overall, I am impressed with the transmission service I have recieved from this company recently, and also in the past

I am rejecting this response because: I am not disputing any discount of a two night or one night stay I am disputing the fact that the room was in no way shape or form rent-able to either my self or anyone and that the owner's / management were dishonest
and took advantage of the fact that there were no available rooms in the vicinity The room had mildew, all over window and bathtub, most of the lights except for two where not working the frame of the bed was broken away from it's position, dried blood on the pillow case, holes in the wall and ceiling, microwave so old it looked like a 1970's proto type, mini fridge in bathroom so old and rusted is was not healthy a refund should be issued for the room as it was not healthy at minimum they should only have charged the regular room rate for non high season which I believe is $according to what they advertise on the web

Review: I made a reservation at the Rancho Tee Motel using their website. Then (2 days before the check-in date, within the time allowed) I called the Rancho Tee Motel to cancel the reservation since I arranged to stay with a friend instead. I spoke with a staff member (a woman), gave her my reservation number and asked her to cancel it. She found my reservation and assured me that it was cancelled. A few days later, a charge for a night stay at the Rancho Tee Motel appeared on my credit card ($133.28). I called to clarify and spoke first to a woman, then a man who said he was the owner and manager. Both denied that the reservation was ever cancelled! When I explained that one of their employees cancelled it over the phone for me, he said that could not have happened, and that his employees do not cancel reservations by phone! He was quite rude and absolutely denied that I spoke to a staff member at his hotel (i.e., I was lying), then told me it was my fault for not canceling online, and refused to refund my money. I told him I would be reporting this situation to the Revdex.com and he replied "you go ahead!!" The reservation was made on Nov. 25th 2013 for one night stay (check-in on the 28th, check-out on the 29th). I called and cancelled it on Nov. 26th. I have no hard proof that I made the cancellation call, but have absolutely no reason to lie about it. I am an experienced traveller and book/cancel hotels frequently. The amount I lost here is not significant, but it was a horrible experience to be cheated, accused of lying, and being spoken to quite rudely. Needless to say, I will not come even within a mile of this motel and would not recommend it to anyone. The large number of negative reviews should have kept me away to begin with, but at the time I had little choice. The small community of Atascadero deserves better than to have such an awful business in its midst. I hope the Revdex.com can do something to address this situation.Desired Settlement: I would very much appreciate a refund of $133.28.

Review: I needed a last minute hotel room, on Friday Aug. 1st, I called the Rancho Tee motel as per the internet they had one more room left for the evening. A female answered and said they had one room left that it would be $129 for that Friday and $169 for Saturday, I said I would call back. after calling many places and finding no rooms from santa maria to atascadero and their vicinity I called them back to reserve only for Saturday because I could not afford both days. when I called back a man answered and said that the room for Saturday only was $179, I asked for triple A discount and he said they offered no discounts. Since I was in a bind I told him that I would take it and he asked for my credit card number and told me I would be charged for the room Friday, I asked why he said if I wanted the room I was going to be charged and there was no refunds, I agreed and asked for a confirmation number he said to use his name "Patel" as the confirmation number. When we checked in on Saturday around 2:50 pm I was given my cc slip to sign and keys to room 112. The motel has been painted on the outside and it looks clean, we dropped off our bags and went out. When we got back we realized that the room they gave us should not have been given to anyone, the microwave was from the 70's the fridge was rusty the bed frame was coming off, lamps were on the floor not all lamps worked, my daughter suffers from asthma and there was tons of mildew on the bathroom window, what was the worst is that we were going to bed and one of the bed pillow covers had blood stains. I gave my daughter the clean one, and I slept sitting up. I called the front desk that night they could not move us because they were full and when asked for a discount I got a rude reply and got hung up on. these rooms usually are a lot less I feel I was taken advantage of due to the condition of the room which was a disgrace. I took pictures and a video as proof. and to put icing on the cake they double charged me. my bank is handling that.Desired Settlement: Would like at least half of my money returned if not a full refund. I don't think that room would pass OSHA and health code regulations and should not be rented out at all to anyone.
