This email is a response to the customers who were given beef enchiladas instead of chicken.I am the secretary of the company, and believe it or not I take the time to look at reviews on a daily basisI saw the review before even receiving this letter, and made the owner of the restaurant aware of
this complaintThe first thing that came to mind was honestly that never in the years of being in business has he had a complaint like thisHe has always taken the time to teach all of his workers that no matter what the customer is right, and unfortunately our company did not show this that dayThere is no excuse to what happened, and the employee who argued with you had no right to tell you any of thisWhenever there are mistakes we always take full responsibility, and take the time to fix the problem in whatever way the customer requestIn this case the request was a full refund, and the full refund is what will be given to youEven if this has made you never want to come back and dine with us we would like to give you a gift card as well, so that if you do decide one day to give us another chance, your dinner will be on usWe aren't going to act like we don't make mistakes, because we take full responsibility for what happened that day and own up to itThis was definitely an eye opener for the owner, and he will be taken the time to set up meetings every morning with his employees to talk to them about how to communicate with customers the correct wayEach and every customer means so much to us, because honestly without the support we wouldn't have made it this farWe honestly wish we could have trained this employee a lot better, because this complaint would have been easily fixed with an apology since the second you calledThe owners couldn't be more sorry for what happened that day, and would really like to take the time to make sure that you see that we will do anything on our part to make sure that you are happyAlso because of this we will be developing a website, so that any complaints can be also sent to us personallyThat way we have better communication with our customers, and we will be able to hear what our customers think about us and it will enable us to have better communicationThis will allow us to build trust between the owners and the customers, so that whenever we aren't physically there to see what goes on at all hours we can still hear out our customer complaints when problems like these arise.*** ***
