I'm reaching out in regards to a complaint that our received via Revdex.com by a [redacted] and [redacted] It is true that they stopped into our dealership searching for another vehicle due to opposite shifts that they workedAlso it is true that I had sat them down and received [redacted] 's information for a credit applicationOnly her information, due to the comment that they wanted to build her limited credit up! They wanted a smaller SUV or cheaper truck, with there limited credit I told them that It would be a stretch to get them into something like that! I brought up the idea that a car might be more of possibility, [redacted] was willing to do that as [redacted] had a slight hick upI also stated that with this limited credit score that it was going to be more of a numbers game then picking out your dream car, at this time they were content with thisI stated that I would try my best and it may take sometime to get this deal rolling, expressing all of my options towards multiple banks to make this happen for themIt is true that I called back and received [redacted] 's information, trying to paint the best picture for the banks possibleI expressed that option towards my lenders and that was also a no goThe phone number that I was given from them in the next day or so was "currently disconnected"We as a dealership are not able to reach out to someone who doesn't have a proper line of communication! As he states in his complaint that he did leave us another comment on our website, this is true, but it also had a new phone number then before! We IMMEDIATELY reached out to him with the phone number he had provided! Two different people called and left separate voicemailsWe have yet to be reached out by him in regards to our voicemails and or any other problems he might have thought we had!
