I am a military service member whose household goods were stored with this company while I served a tour overseas. My household items were retrieved from this storage facility only to come up missing a box of stuff. I contacted the company via email [redacted] back on 4 Aug 2016 in reference to the missing box and have yet to receive a reply. My advice to those out there wanting to seek a company to store your belongings is to not use Carroll's Moving & Storage. Had I known that this was there way of doing business, I would've sought elsewhere, had I had the option but believe me I will be letting the proper folks at the government level that deal with movement of household goods for the military know of this type of business practice so that they will seek another company with which to award the contract to.
