I was over charged $for the purchase of my car tag for my Saturn Ion The local tag agency gave me a form to fill out in January I filled it out and mailed it to the OTC on January 27, I still have not received a check in the mail for the refund I have called numerous times and always leave a voice mail No one calls back I spoke to Brandon on one occasion, he looked it up and said he showed where it should be refunded and he was going to send it to some department to have it released I still have not received a check The local tag agency has tried calling them for me as well and always get a voice mail with no return phone calls I have waited months for my refundI really don't know where else to turn because I always get a voice mail when calling and so does the local tag agency
