I bought a couple of propane tanks several months ago. First one worked fine but the second leaked. I tried to exchange it for a functional tank but they insisted on a receipt. Of course I didn’t have a receipt from 3 months ago so they said I need to take it up with the gas company. What? I paid Randall’s for a functional tank, why not exchange it and keep the customers happy? I’m writing this review in the HEB parking lot. I think the common customers service employee or Manager in change comprehends the financial impact to the business by turning me away. Looking forward to better customers service experiences at HEB.
