Randash Auto Center Reviews (5)

I've dealt with a number of dealers over the years, and in recent times when people have less-than-perfect credit, they need a reputable dealership to help take care of them and help rebuild their credit. Happily, Randash Auto is one of those better businesses in this market.

I bought my first car from them back in 2012 with a trade-in of a 1971 auto, which at the time, needed extensive repair, but they let me use it as the full down payment. I bought a 2004 Chevy Cavalier, which was the newest one they had of the ones offered. The car did have some problems with stalling out, but they were very patient with me and helped out quite a bit, despite my sometimes less-than-patientness, and eventually nailed down the issue, and didn't have any problems since.

Recently, I took them up on their offer of trading in the car we were buying for something more to our liking, so we spotted a 2000 Taurus wagon, which we rather liked, so we took it out for a test drive, liked what we found, and signed off on it. The next day, the check engine light came on, so we took it to an Auto Zone, and they informed us it could be one of a few things - also, the key didn't open 2 of the doors. We took it back the next business day to see what might be the issue. They found the locks just needed to be cleaned, and the check engine light was due to a loose air intake hose, which tripped a response from the engine computer - both very quick fixes, and they resolved both issues and didn't charge me anything out of pocket to do it!

I've had previous dealings with other dealerships where once you drive it off the lot, it becomes your problem and not theirs anymore - not Randash though! They take care of you and make good on their service! I'll continue to recommend them to all of my friends, and I'm sure the purchase history will help rebuild my credit. Keep up the awesome work!

after some miscommunications, randash auto along with auto credit financial were able to resolve the issues regarding my earlier complaints and have exceeded my expectations and their responsibilities involving my business with them. my car has been repaired at no further cost to me. I am now satisfied with the services provided by randash

These guys are the most dishonest, unprofessional, backwards, sly and deceiving Dealership I have ever done Business with. They agreed on a sale that I even got them to put on paper and still wouldn't keep there commitment, I hope you folks get what you deserve, and if that's the case you would NOT buy from these [redacted]. They are very manipulating and will do anything to con you out of your hard earned money! This auto dealership should not be in Business!

Review: I purchased a vehicle through Randash. I also purchased a very pricey warranty with the vehicle. Intitally they told me the warranty was for 2 years. After I purchased the vehicle they changed it to 1 year. I bought the vehicle in June 5th 2015 it is now August 2015. The car has been in the shop 12 times with multiple problems. They finally replaced the engine in the vehicle, after me taking it in almost every week. They never fully fixed many issues the car had. They also said they did a multi point inspection before they sold the vehicle, however my steering wheel column wires were cut and they didn't seem to see that issue. They also said that it wasn't covered by the warranty. I have called multiple times. The brakes malfunctioned after they advised me the brakes were good and did not need replaced. The vehicle could not stop and crashed. This caused the vehicle major damage. As it was my brother was driving the car, so my insurance will not cover any damages. I called Randash and they decided my warranty was now void. I advised them, they could come pick up there vehicle then as I would not be paying for it since my warranty was void, and since the car seems to have continuous problems. They have called me names, harassed me and even threatened me. I have asked them to pick up there vehicle and to no longer contact me from there office. They have now decided to send me text messages from random numbers, and consistently harass me while I am trying to work.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my down payment back of 500.00 and the amount they took for my trade in vehicle, which they refuse to tell me how much they gave me for it. I have asked several times. They also did not include that in my contract which raises concerns with me. I would also like the monthly payments I have made since June of 2012. I would also like the harassing phone calls to end.

I was desperate for a vehicle after my truck broke down on me last year. I work in North Dakota and need a reliable vehicle to get me back and forth as well as be able to make the trip from Wyoming to North Dakota a couple times a month. I had heard that Randash was flexible with poor credit and simple financing so I decided to go with them. After learning of the wages I make in North Dakota all of a sudden the down payment to get into anything had to be huge, much higher than the stories I've heard of people being financed with as little as $300 down. So after putting $2000 down on an $11500 car that KBB's at around $6500 I was feeling scammed however needed the vehicle desperately and decided to go through with it. The transmission in the car went out a little a month after purchasing it. Of course it broke down while I was in North Dakota making life that much more inconvenient. After countless calls complaining about this turd of a car I was dooped into buying I was told a tow truck was being sent up to pick up my car so the transmission could be replaced (under warranty). I was told a specific date that the truck would be there to pick up the car which I told the police department in the small town I stay in as to avoid the car being towed by them, as the parking tickets were stacking up and the car hadn't moved in 4+ months. Low and behold the tow truck never showed up. Long story short, it's one thing after another with this company and I would never recommend doing business with them to anyone I know. This was my first time using a dealership to purchase a vehicle and I left the experience feeling disgusted and ripped off. Randash auto is seriously a joke.
