I can understand the frustration customers have when attacking something as daunting as financing these daysTypically if all goes well the average customer spends to hours signing and receiving documentsAs hard as we try sometimes there is still some confusion or mistakes made in spelling of names or addressesIn this case there was both and neither the salesman or customer noticed these errors during the signing of finance paperworkDuring the signing of the finance documents there are different documents on insurance requirements stating that the maximum allowed deductible is $also a video the customers watch cover the deductibles required as well as other finance informationMrs [redacted] has been contacted and arrangements have been made for our salesman to drive to her town of residence and correct all needed paperwork with herDuring our conversations with the Mrs [redacted] she has been polite and respectful as we have and hope we can get this all put behind us and build a great relationship in the future
