Horrible real estate agent She is a liar, a swindler, and the scourge of the earthShe will do everything in her power to try and keep your security deposit I can't stress enough to avoid dealing with her at all costs, and if you must, be sure to take plenty of pictures (time and date stamped) and document anything and everything Keep all emails, texts, etc I would also recommend video recording any walk through (both entry and exit), with her there, if possible She TRIED her hardest to keep my deposit, literally without even having entered the home"I can't get inside, but the yard wasn't mowed TODAY and you're trash is on the side of the house where it belongs" Those were the first reasons for not returning my deposit, and there were many more (unjustified) to followYou must act as if you will be taking her to court, from day oneYou've been warned I've never experienced anyone like her She is extremely shady, and will tell you to pay out of pocket for repairs to the outside AC unitI could go on and on, but I know that by the time someone reads this, it will most likely be too late Good luck!
Upon moving into one of the rental property managed by Randol Real Estates Consultants also known as "A Home for you" or "The Rental Property for you" an initial walkthrough inspection was not conducted by this property manager because they were "busy"Instead we were asked/given the paperwork to do the walkthrough ourselves, so we documented and took pictures of the condition of the propertyThe entire time we lived in the property MsR*** was rude and unprofessional, she talked down in a demeaning manner, she took weeks or months to address or fix things wrong with the propertyWe are a military family and after years in the property it was time to move, we scheduled a final walkthrough inspection in which MsR*** once again cancelled stating she was too busyThe property was left better than what we received it, we have friends and neighbors that can attest to the condition of the property and the improvements we madeMsR*** proceeded to do a walkthrough inspection on her own and claimed all sorts of thing wrong with the property but refused to show us what was wrong by performing a walkthrough in person or even taking pictures to show us what she claimed was wrongShe never returned our phone calls or emails requesting a walkthrough to confirmed what she claimed was wrong with the propertyMsR*** finally sent an email stating she had days to return out deposit, which we received half our depositWe are a military family and yes we have to move and as former house owners we have always made it a point to take care of other peoples property because we know what is like to have someone not take care of your home
