Atlas was recommended to us by our real estate agent when we bought our houseKeith [redacted] came out to our house and gave us an estimate, we agreed and he installed our air conditioning/heating unit along with humidifierWhen he finished , we mentioned that one of the bedrooms was not getting enough air to cool the bedroom, he came back and checked and said he would fix itHe never came backCalls after calls were made to him and never returnedWe called the number on our invoice and discovered that he had issued us an invoice from a previous company he worked for and had been fired fromThey came out to look at the job, and advised us that there were many things wrong We contacted our realtor to let him know what was going onand shortly the owner of Atlas , MrEdward [redacted] contacted us, we told him what had happened, he confirmed that Keith [redacted] was in fact still working for Atlas and voiced his concern , told us he would look into it Days later he sent one of his sons to look at the air conditioning unit installing and also confirmed many issues with the work, materials used, etc and said he would let his father know and get back to usSo buy now we are year and half passed , they don't call us backI have called , and called, and called, left messages and no response It seems that Keith [redacted] is doing this work on his own, still representing Atlas Heating and Cooling and scamming peopleAtlas doesn't seem to care that their company name is being used, but even after they are aware of the situation , they don't care All we want is our air conditioning/heating unit to work 100% as its supposed to, but it's notKeith [redacted] committed fraud, but he is still employed by Atlas Heating and Cooling

Atlas Heating installed a new energy efficient furnace in my homeI noticed that it was overheating and turning off before it would hit the target temperatureAtlas came back out and recognized the problemHowever, after numerous attempts to get them to check into the issue, they did not call backI contacted a different contractor and was told the unit Atlas installed was too large and the duct work was improperThey would not work on the unitI called Atlas back and explained the issue againThe owner came to my house and looked at the unitHe essentially admitted that there was a problem and indicated he would get someone out to slow down the fan and turn off one of the burners, That was a month and a half agoAfter numerous attempts to get them back out, including a definitive appointment that was disregarded (and whereby I was rudely informed that they understood what I wanted but could not help), they have not returned my call and have not made any further attempt to repair the furnace that they installed (improperly)Do not use this company
