I apologize for the delay in responding to this complaint The issue was not brought to my attention until today I would like to mention the fact we are not a franchise but a business opportunity that provides software, marketing tools, and support throughout the duration of client's contract with us I am attaching a receipt of a full refund that was issued to [redacted] to the credit card that he had on file with us when he originally purchased the softwareThat was the only way we could refund the money to him through our credit card processor was on the original cardI did that and sent him the receiptHe then informed me that that account was now closed and he could not get the moneyI contacted my cc processor to see if there was anything we could do in this instance but to no availI instructed Mr [redacted] through email correspondence, to contact his bank and they would be able to get the money to him as it had already been refunded we have held up our end and have refunded Mr [redacted] the entire amount of his money to the only credit card we could issue the money toPlease see belowI will be happy to provide a report from our cc processor as well if you need further details Thank you for reaching out and I apologize it has taken me this long to respond-- No Limit Tax Refunds LLC E 38th Street Indianapolis, IN 855-767- Term ID: Refund - Approved Date 02/01/Time 21:30:Method of Payment [redacted] Entry Method Manual Account # XXXXXXXXXXXX [redacted] Order ID Refund [redacted] Order Description: Refund in full [redacted] Amount [redacted] THANK YOU Customer Copy

Their customer service is very lacking everytime, I call them for a job they give me the run around, they very quick to get you off the phoneThey don't want to help people looking for a job especially Jessica H***

I first initially contacted Francis in regards to a job that was posted online a week before ChristmasAs soon as I emailed my resume he called me, but I was busy and asked to speak around 4:No one called back, and it was a Friday, so I called on Monday and managed to get to speak to him about the jobHe told me he thought I would be good for the job and would get in touch with the company and try to get me an interview before the holidaysHadn't heard for a week after that, so I called back and was told by Francis that he was still working on it and that the company was away for the holidaysI let another week go and still hadn't heard, so I again called and was told Francis was outI sent him a few emails from then on asking for an update, and a couple more weeks went by like this with no responseI finally found time to call again and got to speak with another woman (blanking on her name at the moment, but it was some
