Response:To whom it may concern: On 2/11/ [redacted] had his car towed in with complaint of running rough, after not being able to fix it him selfOn 2/17/I notified [redacted] that I needed to replace the fuel pump first for further diagnosis, [redacted] stated he would get his own part and have in to me, in a day or twoAfter waiting for two weeks he finally brought me the part, and I then notified him that he needed more work done and he stated that he couldn't afford it and would have the car towed back homeAfter getting the car home [redacted] proceeded to call me on my cell phone and tell me that there were paint marks on his vehicle that weren't there before, and yes we did continue to lose reception, as he well knows we live in the mountains, and this is a problemAfter several attempts to call him back and getting his voicemail I no longer calledI will forward a copy of the invoice to the fax number on the complaint, and please take a minute to read over the middle section where [redacted] signed that we will not be held liable for any lost, or damage to vehicle, or articles left in vehicle, accidents or any other causes done beyond our controlSincerely, Miguel's Auto [redacted]
