because:
We never received anything in the mail after several weeks of calling liberty fence to times a weekAll we received is stress and broken promises that someone would be here or it was in the mailBut never happened or came in mail, very Bad business practice. Customers should be satisfied and happy, not stressed and very much unhappy with the completion of a job

Thanks for the response Anthony, however this has been going on since July ***, when someone finally got back to me they said in the email "I can assure you that it won’t pass a week time frame", and Monday will begin weeks since the initial assuranceI understand you are busy with installs, however if it was going to take longer then the week time period, someone should have responded to one of my many calls and emails with some sort of update. We did send our representative to the siteThe contract that we provide is explicate in the wording " *** ** ** *** ** *** ***" this is our standard terms on the contract signed by the customerFurthermore, we advise all wood fence purchasers to seal and waterproof their wood fence to
keep out water and moisture,This customer did not do thisWe did indeed sent our representative ** *** *** to meet with customer** *** met with customer on site and explained the above contract terms as well as a COURTESY PRICE only to cover our labor costs since he is our customer

We are aware of this service call and have left 3 messages, on seperate occasions to do service. We have record of calling 5/**/15 ,5/**/15 and on 6/*/15. Customer has NOT called us back to send service men. Please direct the customer to call us so we can send our serviceman. Thank You

Tell us why here...We have been back to this customer numerous times trying to satisfy her. My salesperson went back as well as my manager visited site and discussed what we would do to satisfy this customer.We discussed  the options with the customer. We left messages at the home to...

 I never received any of the three calls he claims to have made in May & June. I have an answering machine and there were no messages on those dates. I did receive a message today after the Revdex.com contacted them. My husband called them this afternoon and they are supposed to come tomorrow between 10 & 12 noon to make a repair. I personally mailed out these pins. We will call customer again to verify reciept .

We are taking care of this. I personally emailed this customer to re-assure him. My office did reach out and did leave a message also.

We assured customer that we will service this fence for him. It is a minor fix that we asked customer to be a bit patient,since it is only a cosmetic channel that came off fence. We will take care of this at no charge. Thank You Anthony

[Your Answer Here] Heard from Belinda at liberty fence and explained we haven’t received anything, were very dissatisfied. Was told if we didn't receive the pins in next 2 days to let them know, informed Belinda at liberty fence nothing still has come.  2 problems here. 1. If it was personally mailed out over a week ago (not saying it wasn’t) then why haven't we received it in over a week. 2. Is my mistake never give a company full payment till job is 100% complete, liberty fence demanded final payment before fence door was placed on post that had to dry. Now I know why they wanted full payment before job was fully completed.  My advice to anyone dealing with any company, never pay them fully until last pin is in and job is completes (just too much stress). It used to be the consumers were #1 priority and a company’s reputation. Now I guess it’s just money.

  We did meet with the representative Tom, regarding the fence, he wants to charge us 350$ to fix the install of the fence. The complaint is on the install and how the fence is falling down, separating from its posts, warping and posts moving in the ground. At no time were we ever told to stain the fence and is it is not stated to do so in the contract. Representative stated "[redacted]" He also stated to me after many complaints regarding the fence install that it's "[redacted]". To me that's a lot of money if you have spent over 7000$ (Fence and install) have it installed correctly the first time. They have offered to lower their price to come fix it after pictures sent to them, but I would like it fixed correctly without being charged.[redacted]

This customer recieved the gate and design he ordered as per his contract.The customer now wants to change the style of the gate we fabricated as per the order signed. This is a CHANGE to the contract. We spoke to customer who acknowledges that this is a change to the original contract and agrees to...

pay the additional charges of $200.00.
