Review: The contractors walls were uneven horizontally and quarter inch inset from base causing kick board not to set flush with wall. When asked to resolve, contractor refused stating it was not his problem to ensure walls were flush with base.Desired Settlement: Either fix the work or pay the bill for somebody to fix it.
