We have used *** *** for plumbing for a number of years after meeting them at a local home improvement show - We liked the family business, personal responsibility ethic after using sereral large businesses We own and live in a plex They have come out for emergency service, upgrades and routine repairs they are beyond professional - they always talk options for us versus sales; they do not push the more expensive options but talk about the pros and cons They even give tips on what to do to head off issues that may require future calls - that is self sacrificing customer service!
We have always gone with some big names for our furnace work slowly gotten unhappy and had not great experiences Had a recent major issue with one of our furnaces we called for their "heating side" (brother heads plumbing & the other heating); he was every bit as great as the plumbing side of the family They are now our go to for Heating and refrigeration and A/C
Pricing: We do not even price compare anymore - I know when we did they were good-they also seem to get it that while we know we have to pay for their expertise, it still hurts the wallet (again difference in attitude from "the big guys")
