The customer's furniture has been picked up and received back in our warehouse in Tucson Today 04/26/16, we contacted the customer to obtain credit card information so a refund for the full amount paid can be issued Client is out of town and didn't have credit card information at this time but will call us back at a later date to provide requested information

We have been in contact with the customer The customer's product has arrived and we are currently coordinating the delivery of the product to the customer The current plan is for the customer to receive the product tomorrow, Saturday, March 19th At the present time the customer is working out the details on her end to be able to take delivery tomorrow It is possible she will have to reschedule But either way the lines of communication with the customer are open and the customer will receive her product as soon as the delivery cab be scheduled

my furniture was delivered but it was damaged. Mr L[redacted] from Tres Amigos said Monday 3/27/16 whenI spoke with him, he would see if he could fine me another table in the store.  My furniture supposedly wasmade in India. If the furniture was made for me, he's not going to find another table.  My furniture tooksix months and one day to get. I e-mailed him this morning 3/28/16 I wanted a truck from there companyto pick up the furniture and refund my money.  Have not heard from them yet.I'm letting you know the status of this complaint so I will know what to do next if they don't reply.My name i[redacted]There is only one store now which is located in Tucson.Thank you for your help
