I did not receive a first notice, even though I am assuming it was sent to the same address.
In regards to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint: I installed a hot water heater she purchased in 2010. There was no issues in the installation and I did not hear back from her until about a month ago when I received a voice mail from her. Even though she was combative and rude on her voicemail which included statements that I knew 5 years ago that the hot water heater was defective, I promptly called her back. When I told her that I would come out to see what the issue was, she aggressively attached my professionalism and demanded that I buy her a new hot water heater among other monetary concessions since the hot water heater rusted through. I reminded her that I was not the manufacture of the hot water heater and that the warranty was through the manufacture, but would assist her in pursuing any manufacture warranty.
