I am very disappointed with this business! Two men came to install my mothers wood flooring and did not know how to make the thresholdsVery poor job...looked tacky and cheap [redacted] came out and said they had no carpenter on staff that could not fix this and he would not take any money off the priceCharged for one bedroom and could not make it look neat and professional around the thresholds! We had to get someone else to do the work that they should have doneI think customer satisfaction goes a long way in a professional and reputable businessI do not think this business handled this situation professionally at all and I would never recommend them to anyone

[redacted] came out and said they had no carpenter on staff that could not fix this and he would not take any money off the price. Charged 3000.00 for one bedroom and could not make it look neat and professional around the thresholds! We had to get someone else to do the work that they should have done. I think customer satisfaction goes a long way in a professional and reputable business. I do not think this business handled this situation professionally at all and I would never recommend them to anyone.
