The initial interview took a long time but they did let me know that from the beginning and everyone that day was very nice and professional From there it went down hill, my first appointment was cancelled by the councelor and I never received a message they said they sent Then the next appointment was a month from the intial interview which I said was too long They said they would talk to the counselor and see if he could fit me in and they would call me, which never happened When I did call back the woman on the phone was rude and unprofessional and just sent me to a voice mail The counselor did call me back and was apologetic but said he could not help me To me, if your making people wait a month for an appointment then your not helping them too much, are you/ Aside from the first few people I dealt with I did feel that overall this place is very unprofessional Lastly, this is the first negative review I've ever given for anything and I usually just let things go but giving information for who wants it
