Revdex.com, I called and spoke with [redacted] on 5/at 4:pm I offered for her to bring the car in and get it diagnosed for the "lights" I explained and apologized for the delay on getting back with her regarding her complaint, due to us not receiving the letters (appears they were sent to a dealership in Milan that we sold years ago, and also one of our other dealers at another location) She stated she was not comfortable with her car and was possibly going to get rid of it She then thanked me for calling and hung up the phone without saying goodbye I have researched carfax to see if she still had the vehicle and it appears she doesHow do we proceed from here?

[redacted]  I did not state that I was uncomfortable with the car itself, I stated that I am uncomfortable bringing my car to your dealership for fear that something else could go wrong that was not previously a problem.  I would like for my car to be taken elsewhere for an inspection at no cost to myself.
