The auto was finally fixed after and a half weeks

I have a Ford Escape It is a push button start I lost a fob to start the vehicle I ordered the fob I got an Oil change tire rotation and they were supposed to activate the fob They keep telling me the website is down and they are unable to activate it I have been waiting for over a week now for the Ford website to come up Currently, I have a loaner but I want my vehicle back Please help me with this problem
