After my *** Receiver was listed in a damage claim with *** Van Lines, Shontere restoration was contracted by that that company to provide a repair or replace analysis on that equipment The receiver was picked up and kept for several weeks by this company and when it came time to have the item returned, the owner Gene, gave my wife a very hard time as to the when and where of the return When they finally did return it they did so with a piece of the equipment (volume knob) missing When I called I spoke with a young woman who told us she would contact the technician and she would have the knob returned to us When we did not hear back from anyone in several days to a week and a half or so we contacted Shontere restoration again to inquire about the missing piece We then spoke to Gene who told us that he did not have it and that he had taken a picture of the equipment when it was at his shop but NOT when it was delivered and he would share that photograph with us which he n
