1- The last payment received from the consumer was on 04/09/and the account was still past due for the month of march and July of
2- Many attempts were made to contact the consumer to bring the account current but we failed to
reach him either by phone or in writing, further more the consumer never made payments on time resulting late fees on the account
3- On 05/19/Before assigning the vehicle to repossession, numerous attempts were made to contact the consumer for the past due payments
4- On 05/20/the vehicle was assigned to collections and recovered
5- On 05/21/A certified letter of notice of intent to dispose a motor vehicle was mailed showing all fees and the deadline to redeem the vehicleProof of tracking number available
6- On 05/21/The following day after the vehicle was repossessed, the consumer paid the past due amount and repo fees and redeemed the vehicle
7- All charges and fees are accurate, the consumer is not entitled to any refund
8- The consumer may request a duplicate copy of the certified letter that was mailed to the address on file

They are lying! How can I owe for March and July in the month of May? They made one attempt to call meI have the phone records and the voicemail to prove it! I was called once at 5:pmHe got upset because I missed his call so in the middle of the night they took my car and wouldn't return it to me until days later in order to charge me an outrageous amount for the repossessionWhich until this date o have yet to receive anything showing what I paid all that money forAs stated before I want a refund!

We are years in the business our reputation is our priority, we don't have to lie since every conversation with the consumer is documentedSorry for the way how the consumer feels about us
The consumer may request in writing a full activity and payment history on the account
On May we mailed a certified letter to the address we have it on our file
On 06/23/the Notice Left at the address (No Authorized Recipient Available)
No refund will be granted to the consumer since all of our records are accurate
