Review: I took my 2001 dodge stratus to randy's to have a used transmission put in ... was told it would be ready in a week... finally got my car back a week later than was promised... was given all kinds of reasons why it took so long... was told when I got my car back to watch for leaks... and was given a six month warranty on it..... well there was a leak... a huge one.... I was putting more than three quarts of transmission fluid in a my car a week.... informed randy's of this and they told me to bring it out and they would fix it....took my car back out to the shop and a couple of days later when I went to get it was told a solenoid gasket was the problem...but was also given three quarts of transmission fluid and told to watch it and pinpoint leak anything else if I could... this was very suspicious.... sure enough my car was leaking as much as always... was told by service manager Joe that the best time to bring it would be a thursday..then they could have more time to work on it and fix it.... took my car that was leaking the same as it was when I first got transmission put in back out on a thursday.. february sixth to be exact and was told I would be called on friday to be told what problem was.... I was never called that friday or saturday(they are open)... finally on monday I called and asked what was going on... was told it had a front seal leak..that they were starting to fix ... called tuesday evening to see when it might be ready.. was told they had to do it again because the seal they put in was defective...on thursday I called to see when car would be ready ... one week after dropping it off .. was told everything was put together and tight but just had to be finished.. I asked if it would be ready that day... was told I would be callled... I informed [redacted] that IN all my dealings with them I never had been called when I was promised and after a week without it it was affecting my job etc.... was told I'd be called when it was done.... later that day I received a message that car was put together and still leaking... that they werent given time to fix it... they are supposedly mechanics with a shop... it took two weeks for them to put a bad transmission in and then two days to say they fixed it when actually they had not ... then another week where they say they knew the cause of it and were fixing it and then give it back to me leaking just as bad as it was from day one... I find it hard to beleive that anything has been done to this bad transmission they put in my car considering all the time that they had it and it is doing the same thing it has been doing from day oneDesired Settlement: I paid to have a working transmission put in my car... that is what I want.... Im having to put quart after quart of transmission fluid in my car.... I have tried to have this matter resolved with the installers... for whatever reason they have not resolved it... I am filing this complaint in hopes that this matter is resolved before I exhaust all my options...

Grade A part looked like it was in demo derby with rotor and rim gouges and rubber seal for piston on caliper was separating! Top it off with wrong labeling which gave me the wrong side, bleeder on the bottom. Dont go there unless your looking for loss of $ and a big headache!
