Randy's Chicken and Waffles

On Sunday 6/26 I called an order into ***'s. When I got there I went inside to pay my order was *** it was said it would be ready on 10-15 minutes. Because, of COVID 19 I went and sat in my car to wait for my food. 15 minutes went by a guy named *** came to my car and asked me for my receipt, I showed him he said did you order anything else I said no. He went back in. After, about 20 more minutes I went inside 'is the order ready for *** the gentleman said hold on, he went into the back and came back 'you didn't get your order yet? I said no. He went back into the back came back give me 10 minutes he said. I went back to my car I see a young lady walk pass my car with a bag she goes into ***'s when she came out I asked, what happened to your order she stated 'they gave me somebody's fish it smelled just like chicken and my husband sitting up there eating it like it's ours? I get out of my car and walk into ***'s, a gentleman says oh here's your order right here. I open the container in the business and there was a piece of fish missing the others a piece gone from it the beans had been opened and the cornbread was missing a chunk. I said are you kidding me did you look at this and not only that sir. We are in a crisis you should have told her to keep this. She should have not been able to bring this in and if you where going to take it. You should have tossed it. He stated I can make you some more fish the other stuff is okay. I said I want to speak with a manger he said he is the manager. I said I'll have my money back. He replied im not authorized to give money back I'll have the owner call you his name is ***'s.
Today is 07/01/2020 and I have called ***, and left messages 3 times and he has not responded.
