Randy's Collision Service

I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with Randy Board himself about my concerns with my vehicle and he stated that I would have to contact my insurance company and have them pay for additional work.  He stated that I rushed him when I only called when he told me to.  He also stated that he was unable to finish painting, sanding,buffing, and applying necessary finishing touches as it was cold outside.  My main concern that I expressed to Randy was that he sent me out in a vehicle that was unsafe to drive.  My tire was never replaced nor cleaned.  As I drove home my wheel began to wobble almost causing another accident.  When I took my tire in to a shop, I was told and paid for my rim to be straightened, mud to be removed from inside the rim, and the tire put back on.  All services that Randy Board charged me for.  In addition, when I finished speaking with Randy he slammed the phone down and had thought he hung up which he did not.  I could clearly hear him cursing and using the Lord's name in vain while cursing.  I have utilized Randy's Collision service for over 10 years and have never had a problem and actually am quite shocked by the treatment and the quality of service.  I am attaching the estimate that was also sent to Randy Board with highlighted sections number 1,2,3,4.,5,6,7,8,9,11,13,16,17,18,20,27, and number 28.  These are all services billed and paid for but never received.  I even agreed to partial refund of highlighted non-performed services and/or parts.  In return I was cursed at but he obviously thought he slammed the phone down.  I prefer not to visit an establishment that also disrespects and jeopardizes the safety of their customers.

Mr. [redacted] is more than welcome to bring his truck back for any issues that need addressed. We were unaware of Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle situation as he told us no rush. He became frantic after finding out he had limited rental time. All the parts for Mr. [redacted]'s truck were from the insurance company...

estimate. They located and priced all the parts that we purchased for the vehicle. I can be reached Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. When he called at 9 p.m. he calls the tow truck driver who is family and would not hang up on him. We have been a proud family owned business since 1947 and we have always taken good care of each and every single customer. I look forward to to satisfying Mr. [redacted]'s concerns on his truck in the immediate future.                                         Thank you, Randy Board
