WORST delivery and moving company in Jacksonville!!! They told us that there would be 1 flat charge for delivery of our couch from Furniture for Less even though the pieces of the sectional might be delivered at different times. After the 1st pieces were delivered we were told otherwise. What a scam these people are! ***, part owner, told me there was nothing she could do. We got this same information from Furniture for Less, from the scheduler at Randy's from the first delivery, and also from the 2 men that delivered the first pieces. HOW can they change their story when it is time for 2nd delivery. Don't fall for these scammers!!!
Sir I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with our services and I hope that we can resolve this matter so nothing like this arises again .From what I understand you purchased several items from a local furniture store that we act as a subcontractor for. Not all of your items arrived at the store at the same time which is something that I can't control. We delivered one piece of furniture and told you that we would make a second delivery at no additional cost.
However due to circumstances beyond our control only 1 of you items is available for a second delivery therefore it was suggested that you would wait for the additional items to arrive at the store or a additional fee would be charged for a third delivery. Please feel free to contact me about this matter.
