I called business and made three separate orders. Somehow the worker who answered my call, managed to get all three orders incorrect. I and my co-workers were very displeased with this, of course; so I called back to have order's corrected. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was at the bank. I advised the male who answered of our complaints and was placed on hold. I eventually had to hang up and call back. When I called back (5 min later), the manager answered the phone and said that he was the one who took my order. I explained to the manager that he got all three orders incorrect. After going back and forth with the manager about what I ordered and what he actually wrote down, the manager scolded me stating, he will fix our orders BUT next time I should make sure I order my food correctly. The manager called me on my work phone and said he will have our orders fixed and delivered but would charge me extra for doing so. I refused to pay him anything extra for his mistakes and he told me I would pay because, "chicken costs money". At this point, I was frustrated beyond belief and told him to keep the food. I cannot understand how he got the position he is in, as that manager has no communication or customer service skills.Product_Or_Service: FoodDesired SettlementFull refund for all items ordered and that manager needs to be reprimanded. I did not get a name but he was on duty 5/30 at 12 noon.Business Response The customer placed an order with Randy's Pizza which was confirmed by the order taker before preparation. When the customer called back to complain about an item being prepared incorrectly, we offered to replace the item. The customer then complained that onion rings were left off one of the orders, and that chicken topping was left off the pizza. We did not have those items on the original confirmed order. However, we were happy to prepare and bring those additional items to her, and just charge for the items that weren't on the original order. We would be glad to credit the rest of anything she didn't like, but would need to verify the unconsumed portions by the return of them. The customer never returned any items to the store, so no credit could be issued.
